Ceremonial Celebrant Services

for Memorials, Celebrations of Life, Funerals, & more

You don’t have to do it the way it has always been done.

Honor your loved one with a ceremony that is authentic & meaningful to you.

Meaningful Memorials

How do we honor the spirit of a loved one? Through life review, storytelling, and creative design, let us craft a meaningful life story experience or event together. Here are some ways we can bring thoughtful creativity into the process:

  • Engaged activities such as mandala creation, flower planting, or creative sharing in a service of remembrance

  • Age-appropriate conversations & activities for children & youth before or after death

  • Living Funeral to celebrate a living legacy during end of life

  • Nontraditional, spiritually diverse or nonreligious ceremony

  • Designing a beautiful, sacred space for the dying

  • Memorials for Disenfranchised & Unacknowledged Grief

  • Remembering beings of all ages (prenatal loss through 100+ years)

  • Pet, animal, tree, & property memorials

  • And more

Services

Ceremony Consultation & Writing

If you are:

  • Hosting a Celebration of Life and are feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or curious about what you might include

  • Writing a eulogy for your service and would like guidance or a listening ear

  • Wanting help designing a ritual in private for yourself to remember in your own way

  • Looking for someone to write parts of the ceremony

I am here to consult, support, & share ideas with you as you craft your own ritual.

Intimate Ceremonies

There are some times when we need a more intimate, specialized ceremony. Maybe you are grieving a prenatal loss, and need someone who will honor this experience in full. Maybe you were unable to be present to a memorial.

Intimate ceremonies allow us to include more individualized services, such as energy healing, flower or massage offerings, creative processing & sharing, & more. They also invite us to go to a place that may be special to you - such as a favorite trail, traverse waters on a boat or at seaside, or sit beneath a beloved tree.

For 1:1 support or small groups.

  • Master of Ceremony

  • On site grief support as needed

  • Email & Phone Support as Needed

My Approach

I specialize in engaged, one of a kind ceremonies that are created with your loved one’s uniqueness at the center for all ages. This can be a small ceremony - as small as just you and I - or as large as your loved one’s community expands. Whether choosing a graveside service, a celebration of life, or memorial, this is created in partnership for you & yours.

We might include:

  • Music that was special to your loved one - anything from the Beatles to Drumming to Classical songs

  • Meditation, to be with a loved one’s memory

  • A favorite candy or treat

  • Spiritual symbols of meaning, such as the earth, moon, or a deity

  • A toast with their favorite drink

  • A mural station for memories & expressions

  • Seed planting

  • Engaged activities for children

Through meeting together, we will collaborate through life review & creative thinking to craft a memorial that honors your loved with reverence & authenticity.
